Bolton Clarke's Registered Nurses provide a range of clinical and care services to our Home and Community clients across a variety of practice areas, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported. These include: Working independently throughout the Rockhampton and surrounding community, with support from experienced senior clinicians. Implementing and monitoring care of clients to enable them to live well at home. Developing appropriate and prosperous therapeutic and caring relationships. Collaborating with health professionals to achieve client outcomes. About you Previous experience as a Registered Nurse with aged care or community desirable. Relevant Bachelor qualifications and AHPRA registration. Availability to work various shifts. Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc). Police Check (valid within the last 3 years). First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain). Own vehicle and Australian Drivers licence.
