Gracemere State School is seeking a highly capable, collaborative and student-focused educator to join our team as Year 3/4 Inclusion Teacher (Team Leader @ 0.30 FTE). This role is offered as a full-time temporary position from 19 April 2026 to 11 December 2026. This exciting opportunity is ideal for an experienced classroom practitioner who is passionate about inclusive education, strong curriculum practice, and supporting colleagues to achieve excellent outcomes for students. In this role, you will lead and support a team of three Year 3/4 classes (including one PTT teacher) and work closely with teachers and two teacher aides to strengthen student engagement, achievement and wellbeing. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality teaching and learning aligned with the Australian Curriculum, while modelling inclusive practices and supporting staff to meet the needs of diverse learners.
