The Opportunity: We're seeking a detail-driven QA officer to support laboratory testing, quality systems, and food safety compliance at our Eastgardens manufacturing site. You'll help ensure the consistent quality behind our well-loved brand nudie. Description: Key Responsibilities: Laboratory Testing - Perform routine microbiological sensory & chemical testing Quality Systems - Support audits, verifications and maintenance of MS documentation Production support - Monitor production for compliance with SOPs, CCPs and traceability Raw Materials & Suppliers - Review COAs and assist with supplier quality issues Continuous Improvement & Incidents - Assist with incident investigation, CAPA actions and audits Skills and Experiences: To Succeed With Us: Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team Exposure to QA, food safety or laboratory work within FMCG is ideal, but a motivated graduate is welcome Understanding of HACCP, GFSI standards and food safety / retailer requirements Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic QA reporting systems Tertiary qualifications in Food Science, Microbiology or a related field (HACCP or Auditor training advantageous) The Perks - We Can Offer: A collaborative, inclusive and engaging culture - be part of a team that genuinely values its people Wellbeing days - take time to recharge and put yourself first Paid Parental leave - 12 weeks of paid parental leave for primary care givers and 3 weeks for secondary care givers…Because life outside of work matters too!
