The Tertiary Referral Service for Psychosis (TRSP) Service Manager role requires an experienced inspirational leader with an interest in service development, budget management, working with complex psychotic disorders and improving health outcomes. The Service Manager is part of the Eastern Suburbs Mental Health Service leadership team based at Eastern Suburbs Mental Health Service in Prince of Wales Hospital. What you'll be doing The vision for South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) is ‘exceptional care, healthier lives’. The TRSP Service Manager will lead, oversee and manage the Tertiary Referral Service for Psychosis (TRSP) program. This service provides a state-wide service and will be required to travel to other LHDs across NSW. The role will be responsible for a range of senior management responsibilities across multiple disciplines. The position will facilitate excellence in integrated, holistic health care, with the goal of improving outcomes for clients of the service and the wider community. The TRSP Service Manager will work closely with the Clinical Director and collaboratively with a range of stakeholders (e.g. Mindgardens Neuroscience Network ). The Service Manager will need to have some flexibility to travel and to work after hours (including weekends and evenings) participating in the ESMHS on call executive roster.
