As our Clinical Nurse Manager – HITH, you’ll lead this transformation, guiding a skilled nursing workforce to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care in non-traditional settings. This role will be based in QLD, with flexibility to be located in Brisbane/Sunshine Coast or the Gold Coast. About You AHPRA-registered RN with 5 years’ acute care experience (HITH, ED, ICU, medical/surgical). Skilled in clinical governance, risk stratification, telehealth, and escalation pathways. Strong leadership presence—mentoring clinicians, driving care standards, and managing change. Familiarity with NMBA standards, NSQHS, and ACN NECF.
