The Role Highland are seeking a highly organised, confident and experienced Property Manager to join an exceptional team of hard-working and vibrant individuals. This is a full-time position based in our fast-paced Cronulla office, with flexibility to be based between our Cronulla and Sutherland offices depending on the successful candidate’s location. This is a Monday-Friday role, with one Saturday required every three months (RDO provided). Duties And Responsibilities Managing a Sutherland Shire-based portfolio of approximately 180-200 properties alongside other experienced Property Managers Communicating frequently with landlords and tenants Collaborating with the Leasing and New Business teams Coordinating and carrying out routine inspections, rent reviews and lease renewals Managing lease signings and key distribution Organising electronic filing of tenant and landlord information Actioning requests for tradespersons, cleaners etc. in a timely manner Utilising PropertyMe, Inspection Real Estate, FlickitOver and more (training provided) To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (required) Previous experience in Property Management (2-3 years' experience) Strong ability to think on your feet and problem solve - Professional communication and follow-up skills A proactive, positive attitude with strong verbal and written communication skills Confidence liaising with a range of stakeholders and managing conflict resolution Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Willingness to learn and further develop your Property Management career The Perks: Work from home one day per week following successful completion of probation Flexibility to be based between our Cronulla and Sutherland offices if required Ongoing training, mentorship and genuine career development Clear internal progression pathways - we strongly promote from within Weekly chef-prepared team lunches across our offices every Friday Regular team events including EOFY functions, Melbourne Cup and Black-Tie events Annual Christmas parties hosted at premium venues and company-wide incentive trips Collaborative, supportive team environment with business-wide support If you're our next Property Manager, hit Apply Now!
