The role primarily will undertake the Internal Relief, School Promotional activities and events coordination of the school, working closely with the Executive Leadership Team including the Business Manager About The School North Rockhampton State High School is a large co-educational secondary school in Rockhampton, catering for students in Years 7-12. The school offers a broad curriculum, strong extra-curricular programs and diverse pathways including vocational education, traineeships and senior phase options to support students' future success. The school has enrolements of approx 1100 students. About The Role As this is a new role at North Rockhampton State High other duties (such as Internal Relief, cordination and taking minutes of meetings) will be included and be an expectation of the role. Responsibilities Include Manage the school Calendar and events schedule, and coordinate school special events, including awards ceremonies, school assemblies, Parent Teacher nights and Study Tours including consulting with key internal and external stakeholders to plan and deliver creative strategies to drive open days, enrolment campaigns, other events and projects. Manage the development of whole of school brand marketing, manage and implement information evenings, communication strategies and initiatives to promote key aspects of the school and assist with promotional launches and events. Develop and manage the school's publicity materials and digital presence (newsletter, website, school calendar) by sourcing digital content and encouraging increased engagement of the school's website and social media channels (Facebook page).
