This is a permanent full-time role which operates on an 8:6 day shift FIFO roster from Perth or DIDO in the Pilbara region. Key Responsibilities Leading and managing the operations team in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner. Coordinate operational activities to meet production and maintenance objectives. Ensure that resources are developed and opportunities to improve the business are actively sought and progressed. Active collaboration on project integration activities to ensure seamless implementation of improvements. Actively contribute towards achieving the PLS’s Values by demonstrating a clear commitment to them.
