You will work with a dedicated team of Drivers and Technicians, ensuring that essential gases, equipment, and services reach our clients with precision and care. You will take ownership of the following missions: Operational Leadership: Lead the daily dispatch and coordination of our Driver and Technician runs, optimizing routes to ensure world-class service delivery. Patient Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for patient enquiries, providing expert support and managing after-hours escalations to ensure no patient is left without a solution. Asset & Fleet Stewardship: Maintain operational integrity through rigorous vehicle audits, asset compliance, and preventative maintenance schedules. Supply Chain Mastery: Take charge of stock levels and inventory management to ensure we are always ready to meet patient needs. Team Development: Empower our staff and contractors through ongoing training, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Hands-on Impact: When the mission calls for it, you’ll step into the field to deliver medical gases and equipment, setting up life-critical technology and educating patients on its usage. Local Knowledge: A strong familiarity with the Metropolitan Perth area and its surroundings. Safety Mindset: A relentless focus on team safety, compliance, and operational standards. Physical Readiness: When needed, the ability to operate vehicles safely and transport equipment weighing between 4kg and 25kg (trolleys provided) to ensure our products reach their destination.
