The Mental Health Clinician will work collaboratively within the Mental Health team to undertake individual assessments, develop targeted rehabilitation plans and provide evidence based psychological interventions for a diverse range of consumers with mental health needs and their families and carers. Deliver evidence based psychological interventions to consumers, families and carers. Work within a person centred, recovery oriented framework to support consumer outcomes. Collaborate with GPs, LHD clinicians, NGOs and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated care. Skills & Experience Current AHPRA registration as a Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Aboriginal Health Worker, Mental Health Nurse, or Occupational Therapist (accredited with OTA as meeting the Australian Competency Standards for occupational therapists in mental health), or accreditation (or working towards) with the AASW as a Mental Health Social Worker Demonstrated experience in undertaking comprehensive mental health assessments and development of intervention plans in collaboration with consumers and their family and carers Demonstrated skills and experience in providing holistic, evidence-based therapeutic services Understanding of the biological, psychological and social underpinnings of mental health About Grand Pacific Health What we care about most is supporting healthier, happier, more connected communities across NSW and the ACT.
