Office Manager - Aged Care - Cairns Are you a hands-on, proactive Office Manager who thrives in a role where no two days are the same? The Opportunity Reporting directly to the owner, you’ll play a pivotal role across the business - supporting operations while leading key functions such as: HR & Recruitment Workforce Planning Compliance & process improvement General office management This is an autonomous role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, building structure and driving improvements. You’ll also have the opportunity to build and lead your own team.
