Il Locale Pizzeria located in Scarborough Perth WA 6019 is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with menu specifications and quality standards. Assist in menu planning and contribute to the development of new dishes. Ensure all food is prepared and presented consistently and to a high standard. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen workstations, equipment, and storage areas. Follow food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and workplace health and safety procedures. Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients. Minimise food wastage through effective portion control and stock rotation. Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service. About you: At least 1 year of relevant work experience as a Chef. Good knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Organised with good time management skills. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes. Job Type: Permanent/Full-time Salary: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per annum.
