Boldbridge Group Limited located in 8-14 Mathew Street, Nambour QLD 4560 is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, season and cook a variety of dishes in line with menu and quality standards. Assist with planning and organising food preparation to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Monitor the quality of ingredients, food portions and presentation of dishes before service. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchen and food preparation areas. Ensure food is handled, stored and prepared in accordance with hygiene and food safety regulations. Support stock control by checking supplies, rotating ingredients and reporting ordering needs. Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely and consistent service. Assist with menu preparation by contributing knowledge of ingredients, cooking methods and food presentation. Operate kitchen equipment safely and ensure work areas are kept organised and hazard-free. About you: At least 1 year of relevant work experience as a Chef. Sound knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and kitchen operations. Understanding of food safety standards, hygiene regulations and safe work practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency. Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues. Good organisational and time management skills. Reliable, motivated and committed to maintaining professional kitchen standards. Job Type: Permanent/Full-time Salary: $76,000.00 - $90,000.00 per annum
