About the role Responsible for proactively maintaining existing customers. Providing support, processing quotes, and managing sales opportunities while maintaining CRM accuracy. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this is an office-based role with occasion travel to key clients and trade shows. Duties Maintain relationships with existing key customers Provide bespoke support and solution selling Manage & quote new opportunities that are generated through inbound leads & enquiries Conversion / administration of sales opportunities from quote to order Provide market intelligence and customer feedback as required Record, manage and maintain all activities in CRM Actively support and model the values of the organisation Skills & experience Sales or proactive customer service/ account management experience in a B2B environment.
