Lead sessions, support new grads/students, coordinate orientations, provide floor-side one-on-one guidance, and collaborate with managers, educators and Clinical Nurse Consultants (CNCs) on impactful programs - while staying clinically hands-on. Reporting to leadership, you'll shape the next generation of renal nurses through morning/afternoon shifts (Mon-Sat), expanded scope, no on-call, and genuine career progression.
