The Role The Temporary Works Coordinator will coordinate and manage all temporary works activities on site supporting the construction and supervision teams. This position will play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and timely execution of temporary works to support overall project delivery. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage all temporary works activities on the construction site Ensure that all temporary works designs are compliant with relevant codes, standards, and regulations Review and approve temporary works designs and ensuring they meet project requirements Liaise with design teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of temporary works activities Conduct risk assessments and implementing appropriate control measures for temporary works Monitor the installation, use, and dismantling of temporary works to ensure compliance with approved designs and safe working practices About You Bachelor's degree in engineering, Science, Building Construction or equivalent Proven experience with a Tier 1 contractor in the local market is desirable Strong technical knowledge and understanding of temporary work activities Sub-contractor management including scope of works creation and tendering Ability to collaborate with the site foreman and site staff for project needs and to deliver project updates in daily pre-start meetings Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
