Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and statutory obligations. Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to support decision-making. Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring operational efficiency. Lead and mentor a team within the Accounting & Finance department. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive financial improvements. Support audits and liaise with auditors to ensure seamless audit processes. Profile A successful Finance Manager should have: A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 7 years experience in a Finance Manager position Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Strong knowledge of financial regulations within the health industry. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
