We are currently seeking to recruit Registered Nurses to join our team on the following mental health wards: Ward 3B - The Northern Beaches Clinic 3B is a 22‑bed private mental health unit providing high‑quality, recovery‑focused care for adults looking for support with mental health conditions. Our multidisciplinary team delivers personalised treatment plans, therapeutic programs, and evidence‑based interventions within a safe and supportive environment. We prioritise dignity, collaboration, and holistic wellbeing to support each consumer’s journey toward recovery and sustained mental wellness. Ward 3C - General Adult Mental Health Unit. 3C is a 20‑bed Acute Adult Psychiatric Unit, comprising a 4‑bed High Dependency Unit (HDU) and a 16‑bed General Acute area. It is a modern, purpose‑built facility designed to optimise safety, clinical visibility, and therapeutic engagement. The unit operates under trauma‑informed and recovery‑oriented care models, delivering structured, evidence‑based interventions for adults presenting a range of acute mental health conditions. The layout and workflows support safe patient care, timely assessments, and effective multidisciplinary coordination. Ward 3D - Older Persons Mental Health Unit With 15 beds, 3D provides specialised, person‑centred care for older adults experiencing acute or complex mental health needs. Our multidisciplinary team offers comprehensive assessment, therapeutic interventions, and recovery‑focused support. We promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing through evidence‑based care, structured activities, and close collaboration with families, carers, and community services to ensure safe and supported transitions.
