PoCT uses small, mobile analysers to test pathology samples and deliver rapid, on‑the‑spot results right at the patient’s bedside, helping clinicians make faster, safer decisions. As a PoCT Product and Customer Support Officer, you will play a key part in keeping our regional clinical sites running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating and dispatching PoCT consumables and stock to clinical sites Providing friendly and timely customer support to local hospital staff Assisting the team with administrative and operational tasks This role is Monday to Friday, with start times between 7:00–8:00am, and no weekend work. We would like some who, Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong communication and organisational skills, and, A familiarity with Office 365 (especially Excel) if possible What You'll Be Doing The PoCT Product and Customer Support Officer will be responsible for provision of scientific and technical support services for the Point of Care Testing (PoCT) zone. Previous experience in Pathology department with knowledge of laboratory information systems Proven proficiency in using computer applications. Demonstrated experience with accurate preparation of documentation and data entry. Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem solving skills with a demonstrated desire to provide an excellent service to customers. Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills with a pleasant and responsive telephone manner, both written and verbal English.
