The Role Provide ongoing operational support to the department's business systems, platforms and messaging infrastructure to ensure the availability, reliability, performance, capacity and recoverability of core services, business systems and disaster readiness facilities for it's on and off premise locations. Contribute to the design, implementation and maintenance of a stable, scalable, optimised, resilient, documented and sustainable ICT architecture across the department in line with business targets. Promote infrastructure group principles across the department's ICT operations and project activities. Provide operational support and undertake project activities to implement and sustain vulnerability management for the department's supported infrastructure.
