The Role Our Sydney office, which is made up of 200 staff and 25 partners, is looking for an experienced and talented Insolvency Manager to join our Restructuring & Risk Advisory division based in our office in Barangaroo. Reporting to our Restructuring & Risk Advisory Partners, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve: Responsibility for management of the completion of insolvency assignments as part of a team on receiverships, voluntary administrations, advisory engagements, safe harbour & restructuring activities; Management, mentoring and co-ordinating seniors and other staff in the Restructuring & Risk Advisory division with a focus on high quality outcomes for clients; Ensuring successful engagement execution by using internal systems, effective communication and experience; Participation in firm wide initiatives, development opportunities and networking to build your network and the Firm's profile; Continuation and development of training programs and manage training strategy; Utilisation of staff resources to achieve budgeted levels of productivity and quality at all levels of staff. Perform the full range of staff management for the team; Manage completion of all standard administration tasks and assist with innovation tasks to improve efficiency and consistency as systems develop; Review and feedback for junior staff as part of the growth of the team as well as the recognition and celebration of project completion;. To Be Successful You Will Have Around 5 to 7 years' experience including significant experience in a Restructuring, Risk & Insolvency environment CA or CPA qualified Demonstrated technical and practical experience in servicing clients At least 2 years staff supervisory experience Strong project management skills and ability to perform under pressure Exceptional communicator, with methodical problem-solving abilities You act with integrity and show care for the people you work with Great communications skills upward and downward A drive for advancement, improvement and openness to change Desire to be responsible for growing the team through training Desire to build network for the next phase of development Why HLB Mann Judd?
