This role includes: Planning and facilitating clinical education Supporting orientation and transition programs Promoting best-practice neonatal care Working closely with the Nurse Manager and Educator team Ideal for nurses with strong clinical expertise and a passion for teaching. Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, deliver and evaluate education and training programs for paediatrics and adolescents within the portfolio or responsibility. Demonstrated effective leadership skills including the ability to communicate, negotiate and problem solve. Demonstrate evidence of the provision of relevant education material and programs that incorporate the use of adult learning principles.
