Full-time position available | Painting maintenance Keep buildings, equipment, outdoor areas in top shape Tackling tasks with a practical, problem-solving mindset About The Opportunity We’re looking for a proactive and adaptable Roving Grounds and Maintenance Officer to support multiple sites by covering painting and maintenance duties during staff leave. In this hands-on role, you’ll ensure grounds, buildings and equipment are well-maintained, applying a practical, solutions-focused approach across varied work environments. Your Day-to-day Will Involve Refurbish and maintain buildings and dwellings through regular painting maintenance Carry out touch-ups, repainting, and surface restoration to maintain high presentation standards Perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, and organise contractors when needed Care for lawns, gardens, paths, and outdoor areas to a high standard Keep accurate maintenance records, support regulatory compliance, and uphold safety procedures Assist with stock control and basic admin such as processing invoices and keeping registers updated Work as part of a friendly, multidisciplinary team that values cooperation and respect About You Significant experience in painting and surface maintenance delivering high-quality finishes Knowledge and/or significant experience in the maintenance, carpentry or building field Knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety Standards and requirements Knowledge of and experience in gardening, groundskeeping, handyperson Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Blue Card A warm and respectful attitude towards older people The Benefits Of Joining The Carinity Team Access to extensive not-for-profit salary packaging options Be part of a value driven organisation, with a culture of caring for others Ongoing training and development to reach your full potential How do I apply?
