As a casual AIM you will have a strong patient-service focus, demonstrated commitment to continued service improvement, and demonstrate problem-solving skills to improve patient care outcomes. Work in partnership with women, VMO’s and other maternity care providers to ensure collaborative centred maternity care Provide direct care to women and their families within the AIM scope of practice and level of experience Will ensure women are supported through all phases of pregnancy, labour and birth and the postnatal period Assessing patients using therapeutic skills Answering patient/visitor/customer enquiries To Be Successful Successful completion of Year 1 of Bachelor of Midwifery Current enrolment and ongoing progress in the Bachelor of Midwifery course with a satisfactory academic record maintained.
