Join Country Road Group as a Continuous Improvement Manager and play a key role in optimising how our Supply Chain operates. Based at our Truganina Omni Fulfilment Centre, you’ll partner with leaders and frontline teams to identify opportunities, embed Lean practices and drive measurable improvements across productivity, flow and service performance. Working closely with the OFC Leadership Team, you’ll spend time on the floor observing how work really happens, identifying opportunities to improve productivity, flow and service, and translating insights into practical, scalable improvements. Beyond projects, you’ll build capability across teams by embedding Lean and Continuous Improvement practices into daily operations and developing a culture focused on problem solving, accountability and measurable results. How You Will Contribute Own and deliver the Continuous Improvement roadmap aligned with Supply Chain priorities. Identify and lead productivity, cost and service improvement initiatives. Apply structured problem solving and data analysis to optimise operational performance. Establish clear performance metrics and ensure benefits are measurable and sustained. Coach leaders and teams in Lean thinking and continuous improvement practices. Partner cross-functionally across Operations, Engineering, IT, Finance and People teams to drive lasting change. Capabilities We Value Experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence or productivity roles within fulfilment, logistics, FMCG or manufacturing environments. Proven experience delivering cost reduction, productivity and process improvement initiatives in complex operational settings. Strong knowledge of Lean, Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma methodologies including problem solving frameworks and waste elimination techniques. Advanced analytical capability with experience using Excel, Power BI or similar tools to translate operational data into actionable insights. Experience working with operational systems such as WMS (Manhattan), labour planning or automation technologies is advantageous. A collaborative communicator who can influence stakeholders, coach teams and lead change effectively. A hands-on leader who enjoys being close to the operation and influencing teams to continuously improve.
