Employing approximately 35 team members, Prime City Feedlot has a strong reputation for producing premium quality grain-fed beef. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing all aspects of the feeding and milling functions including team performance Feed commodity receival, storage and inventory management Focusing on feed allocation and feed delivery to ensure that operational targets are met Ensuring compliance with milling grain to maximise cattle performance outcomes Team management, engagement, development and training in a positive and proactive manner Maintaining compliance with JBS Australia policies, including but not limited to: WHS, HR, QA, Animal Welfare & Environmental obligations About You Previous experience managing and coordinating feeding and milling functions including feeding equipment, systems and animal nutrition Proven supervisory/leadership skills and experience with a focus on continual improvements Ability to operate plant and equipment used within the mill section Strong written and excellent verbal communication skills High levels of self-motivation Strong planning capabilities Interested?
