As a Customer Service Officer, you will be one of the first points of contact for residents, ratepayers, visitors and internal stakeholders, assisting them with a broad range of enquiries and requests. You will provide high-quality service through phone, face-to-face and digital channels across one of our three Customer Service Centres. In this role, you will help customers access information, lodge service requests, resolve issues and respond to general enquiries relating to Council operations. The role requires you to manage competing priorities, work across a range of systems, locations and processes, and communicate clearly and confidently with both customers and internal teams. This is a dynamic role suited to someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems and working in a collaborative environment. You will need to be adaptable, customer-focused and capable of managing a varied workload while maintaining professionalism, accuracy and empathy in every interaction. Our Customer Service Team operate 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
