About the role: We are currently seeking Multiskilled Domestic Workers for our Juniper Hillcrest site in Geraldton . In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all areas of the site are kept hygienic, safe, and presentable, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. You will provide person‑centred care by communicating with residents in a way that enhances their quality of life and ensures they feel respected and valued at all times. This is a multiskilled position, and you will be required to work across Kitchen, Cleaning and Laundry services, supporting the site’s daily operations as needed. A range of permanent part‑time and full‑time shifts are available, including morning, afternoon and weekend work, with consistent weekly hours. Weekday shifts include: 6:00am – 2:00pm 9:00am – 2:00pm 4:00pm – 7:30pm Weekend shifts include: 6:00am – 12:00pm 7:00am – 1:00pm 6:00am – 1:30pm 8:00am – 2:00pm 7:00am – 3:00pm Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain resident rooms, bathrooms and common areas Sanitise high‑touch surfaces and dining areas Manage waste, restock supplies and complete cleaning documentation Use cleaning equipment and products safely in a person‑centred manner Wash, dry, iron and return resident and facility laundry Manage soiled linen in line with infection control requirements Maintain a clean and safe laundry environment Assist with meal preparation, service and presentation to Dine standards Serve meals in line with dietary requirements Clean kitchen equipment and dining areas Support food safety, hygiene and meal ordering processes Key Requirements Valid working rights in Australia Sound knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment and procedures Understanding of infection prevention and control practices Experience in domestic cleaning and kitchen duties within an aged care setting (desirable) Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and be physically capable of safely performing duties across Kitchen, Laundry and Cleaning services, including manual handling tasks National Police Check required (paid for by Juniper following a successful interview) Why Join Us: Weekday hourly rate of $31.33, with additional weekend penalty rates Access to salary sacrifice benefits of up to $18,550 per annum Health insurance discounts available with HBF or Medibank Juniperks – an online platform offering peer recognition, wellbeing initiatives and retail discounts Join a values‑driven, not‑for‑profit Western Australian aged care provider Apply online today with your current CV.
