About the role and where you'll be working: We are currently seeking Multiskilled Domestic Workers for our Juniper Hillcrest site in Geraldton, WA . This hands on, people focused role rotates between cleaning, laundry, and catering duties to help create a safe, comfortable, and homely environment for our residents. Working closely with our care and hospitality teams, you will ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, assist with meal preparation and service, and contribute to residents’ overall comfort, dignity, and wellbeing. Juniper Hillcrest Residential Aged Care Home strikes a perfect balance between the outdoors and cozy indoor spaces, with spacious verandas, inviting dining areas, and engaging activity spaces. We have multiple shifts available including casuals and permanent roster. Key Responsibilities: Cleaning: Keep residents’ rooms and common areas spotless, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces. Laundry: Wash, dry, iron, and return personal and facility laundry while following infection control procedures. Catering: Assist in preparing and serving meals, setting tables, and ensuring meals meet residents’ dietary needs. Teamwork: Work collaboratively with care and hospitality staff to ensure residents feel respected, valued, and at home. Safety: Follow workplace health, safety, and infection control guidelines at all times.
