How You Will Make Contributions That Matter We are seeking an experienced Reliability Manager to join our Kiewa manufacturing site in a critical site leadership role, supporting a strong safety and food safety culture while driving reliable plant performance and long‑term sustainability across our dairy operations. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will lead site reliability and maintenance teams to optimize asset performance, uptime, and continuous improvement outcomes. This is a hands‑on site leadership role with accountability for reliability, maintenance strategy, people leadership and continuous improvement outcomes. Lead electrical & mechanical maintenance teams, planners and stores Champion a strong safety, quality, and food safety culture Reduce unplanned downtime and optimize plant uptime Own maintenance planning, shutdowns and CMMS governance Control maintenance budgets, contractors and cost Partner with Operations, Quality and Engineering leaders Drive continuous improvement and reliability maturity About you Tertiary qualification in Engineering or relevant trade background with strong leadership experience 10 years’ experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments Proven leadership of maintenance/reliability teams in regulated operations Strong knowledge of reliability methodologies (RCM, asset care, CI, Lean) Experience with shutdown planning, capital projects and CMMS systems Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels A practical, people‑focused leadership style with high accountability Location: Kiewa, VIC – approximately a 20‑minute drive from Albury–Wodonga We’ll Support You With: The opportunity to make meaningful contributions while being supported by a multinational, values-led company Learning and development opportunities to grow in your own way A competitive annual salary and employee benefits Participation in our Employee Share Ownership Program Click Apply to submit your application.
