Senior Project Manager | Data and Analytics Contract | 6 months likely extensions | Richmond 3121 | Hybrid (2-3 days in office) A growing data program is looking for a Senior Project Manager to drive delivery across a portfolio of data and analytics initiatives. You'll be joining at a pivotal point as the program moves from planning into execution, with around eight active workstreams at varying stages. What you'll be doing Coordinate and drive delivery across multiple concurrent data and analytics workstreams Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies and governance across the program Engage director-level stakeholders across data services, analytics and business units Translate complex data initiatives into clear business outcomes and value Facilitate planning conversations with senior leaders around efficiency opportunities and delivery priorities Support the transition from diagnostic and planning phases into tangible execution Maintain program-level reporting, status updates and escalation to senior leadership Build trust and credibility quickly with a broad, diverse stakeholder group What we're looking for Proven senior PM experience in medium-to-large organisations Demonstrated track record leading complex data, analytics or technology transformation programs Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence operating at director level Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities in ambiguous, fast-paced environments Solid PM discipline across planning, risk, governance and reporting Exposure to data lifecycle, metadata management or data governance (preferred) Familiarity with AI, machine learning or data-driven productivity initiatives (preferred) Formal PM qualification (PMP, PRINCE2 or similar) advantageous Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools The details 6-month contract with extensions likely Richmond 3121 Hybrid | 2-3 days in office per week (Thursday in-office preferred) At Randstad Digital, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
