We are seeking a Duty Manager who embodies our purpose: to create a hotel that is of place — a true coming together of the people and stories that make up this city. Your Role in the Story As a full time Duty Manager , you are the heartbeat of our daily operations. You lead with warmth, precision, and a deep understanding of what makes a guest feel at home. You are a connector, between guests, team members, and the rhythm of the hotel. What you’ll do: Be the go-to for our Hotel team, guiding daily operations with a hands-on, people-first approach. Coordinate shift tasks and delegate with clarity and care. Ensure seamless check-in/check-out experiences, using guest names and personal touches that matter. Lead daily briefings to share hotel happenings — VIPs, group movements, feedback, and more. Confidently promote rooms, rates, and services, handling reservations and guest requests with pride, friendliness, and efficiency. Deliver exceptional guest experiences, resolving concerns empathetically and ensuring all special requests are fulfilled. Maintain operational accuracy, including system updates, financial reporting, auditing, and adherence to credit/account procedures. Support team and shift coordination, ensuring smooth transitions, clear communication, and contributing to recruitment, rosters, and performance reviews. Ensure high presentation standards across the lobby, front desk, and F&B outlets, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Audit daily activity across Front Office and F&B operations.
