Key Responsibilities: Operating high volume dishwashing machines Working closely with cleaning chemicals and PPE equipment Supporting the Executive Chef and busy kitchen team with adhoc food prep duties Assisting Food and Beverage Attendants with unloading service trolleys - plates, bowls, cutlery, kitchen equipment for cleaning Adhoc cleaning tasks can include fridges, floors, food service areas Long term training and development opportunities within our kitchen team to learn more about stores and warehousing, stock control, cookery, lounge menus, food prep, buffet style, bakery and A La Carte menus This is a fantastic environment for someone who is also passionate and cookery and would like to progress long term into a culinary career. Ongoing permanent part-time position Our Lounges at the domestic and International airport terminal operate between 03:00am:01:00 am We are ideally looking for someone who would be looking to commit to an ongoing 4-5 day weekly roster. Suitable candidates will possess a current drivers license and reliable vehicle.
