In this role, you will: Motivate and coach clients through tailored activities that support their employment journey. Work with employers and our Employer Engagement team to connect clients with suitable job opportunities. Help secure sustainable employment outcomes and provide support when clients are at risk of losing work. Collaborate with internal and external partners to link clients to the right programs and services. Maintain accurate records and ensure all work meets compliance requirements.
