The role leads the standardisation and optimisation of MSD's business processes to ensure the Division consistently delivers safe, reliable and high quality sustainment outcomes underpinning fleet readiness. Overseeing a large and complex operational portfolio, the Director aligns MSD's operating model, processes and performance frameworks to strategic priorities, including delivery seaworthy materiel and building a resilient sustainment enterprise. The role embeds strong governance, quality management and performance oversight to improve efficiency, reduce variability, and strengthen the end-to-end sustainment system.
