They are now seeking a part time junior Team Assistant to support the 2 Office Managers with client administration and compliance processes. Key responsibilities include: Drafting emails and correspondence to clients, the ATO and ASIC Invoicing and document management Maintaining filing and archiving systems Assisting with ASIC annual reviews and company compliance Supporting ATO account administration and communications Coordinating aspects of the superannuation audit process with external parties Preparing lodgement documentation and assisting with regulatory tasks Basic spreadsheet maintenance and record management General administrative support to the accounting team The role is part time for 3 – 4 days a week and require this person to be in office. Ideally, they are looking for someone who can work 9am – 5pm but they can offer flexible hours to the right candidate to be able to attend to outside commitments like school/day care drop offs & pickups. Most of the team are working parents so they pride themselves on having a genuine work life balance and where there is little to no overtime. The perfect candidate will have at 1 - 2 years of experience in an office administrator/PA role, ideally in in a public practice firm.
