About this position The City of Gosnells is seeking a proactive and detail-focused Fleet Officer to play a key role in the technical administration and coordination of the City's fleet, plant and equipment operations. Reporting to the Coordinator Operations Centre, this position provides high‑level support across the full fleet lifecycle — from procurement and compliance through to systems, data, reporting and customer support. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will help the City's fleet operates safely, efficiently and sustainably, including supporting the development of the fleet replacement program using whole-of-life costing to determine cost-effective and sustainable fleet choices. This is a permanent position based at the City's Operations Centre in Maddington. What we are looking for To be successful, you must be able to demonstrate: Experience in fleet, asset, operations or technical administration roles Strong administrative, documentation and record-keeping skills with a high level of attention to detail Well-developed communication and customer service skills The ability to work effectively as part of a team Sound problem-solving and analytical skills Essential requirements Current driver's licence National Police Clearance (no more than three months old).
