Job Description Manage end‑to‑end fortnightly payroll for Australia and New Zealand, ensuring accuracy and compliance Work with the external payroll provider to meet SLAs and resolve escalations Process adjustments, terminations, workers compensation and complex leave calculations Ensure compliance with Fair Work, PAYG, superannuation, taxation and statutory reporting requirements Maintain accurate payroll records and support month‑end/year‑end reporting and reconciliations Partner with Finance on GL postings and reconciliation activities Support annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, budgeting and forecasting through payroll reporting Oversee leave purchase, TOIL and benefits administration Manage workers compensation submissions, claims and insurance renewals Lead all payroll compliance activities, including audits and legislative/award updates Provide day‑to‑day leadership and coaching to one payroll team member Drive continuous improvement, streamline processes and support payroll system upgrades Deliver high‑quality support to HR, Finance and broader internal stakeholders The Successful Applicant About you Experience in end‑to‑end payroll management within a complex, fast‑paced environment Strong knowledge of Australian and New Zealand payroll legislation Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities Experience leading or mentoring team members Strong stakeholder relationship‑building capability What's on Offer Competitive salary package range and EOC bonus.
