About The Opportunity As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth by introducing businesses to high-quality beverage equipment and revenue-generating solutions, rather than just selling products. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, your responsibilities will include: Identifying and securing new business opportunities across target markets Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships Preparing quotes, processing sales, and following up on orders Managing accounts and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Achieving agreed sales targets and performance KPIs Representing the brand professionally at industry events and client meetings About You The successful candidate will have: Previous experience in a sales role in the equipment beverage industry or similar An existing network of clients or industry leads (highly desirable) Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organisational and time management skills A current driver’s licence You will thrive in this role if you are relationship-focused, commercially minded, and motivated by achieving results.
