We’re looking for a highly organised Clerical Administrator to join our fast-paced team in a dual admin role supporting both finance and logistics operations. This is not your typical admin job—no two days are the same. You’ll gain hands-on experience across finance tasks and logistics coordination, building a broader, more valuable skillset. From assisting with accounts payable, to processing our logistics proof of delivery documentation, you’ll play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly. Reporting to the State Financial Controller, you’ll gain direct exposure to the financial side of the business while working closely with a supportive, close-knit team. If you enjoy variety, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to grow your skills, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career. Dual Role Key Responsibilities: - POD (Proof of Delivery) Clerk: responsible for collecting, verifying, capturing, and filing delivery documentation (waybills, trip sheets). You will ensure drivers submit signed documents, resolve missing document queries, and maintain accurate records of delivered, returned, or outstanding stock to facilitate smooth operations. - Accounts payable (AP) Clerk: Assist with processing vendor invoices, verifying expense reports, and reconciling statements. They ensure all creditors are paid accurately and on time, acting as a crucial role within the finance department to maintain positive supplier relationships and accurate cash flow records. This role is required to work on site at our Forrestfield location on a full-time basis Monday to Friday with ideal start-time of before 8am, however, flexible work hours may be negotiated with your manager during the interview process.
