Great career progression opportunities within organisation Great team culture and supporting manager Permanent full time About The Role: Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Trades Assistant is responsible for driving a safety first culture and working with the engineering team to ensure that all equipment and machinery are cleaned efficiently to assist in the smooth running of the branch. Additionally, the trades’ assistant will support the trades workers with breakdowns & Planned Maintenance. This person is responsible for ensuring that all work is right the first time, maintaining a low to zero level of repeat work. The role involves cleaning of equipment, support of tradesmen during works, Planned Maintenance and high-level ceiling and wall cleaning.
