About the Role: Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will coordinate and administer CCS's retail business, which includes retail outlets, bars, taverns, and vending machines at remote site facilities, redefining our already great offering into something special. This role involves working closely with General Managers, Operations, and Site Managers across CCS sites nationally, as well as working collaboratively with the procurement team . You will also be involved in developing and rolling out new retail concepts and optimizing our Point of Sale (POS) database to ensure accurate pricing and product information. Your ability to influence key stakeholders will serve you well in this role. This is a national role and will require significant travel across the country and the role will be based out of our Brisbane or Perth offices. Key Responsibilities: Assist in day-to-day retail operational activities and identify continuous improvement opportunities. Coordinate the transformation and implementation of retail and bar outlets to align with Cater Care brand standards. Oversee POS system optimization and maintain data accuracy. Compile periodic activity reports with KPIs and data analytics. Stay informed on industry trends and consumer preferences to adjust product ranges. Conduct regular audits for compliance and coordinate necessary licenses. Develop and maintain business relationships. Undertake sales and margin analysis and develop standard retail performance reports. Manage product and pricing, including obtaining approvals and making financial recommendations. Build relationships with various internal stakeholders including the COO, GM - Operations, and IT teams.
