About the role Ventia are seeking full-time Vehicle Inspector / Car Detailers , where you’ll be responsible for conducting vehicle audits and washing of company fleet & military vehicles on the Defence site located in HMAS Cerberus. You’ll perform inspection reports and car washing to keep vehicles in pristine condition. You will be working closely with military personnel to understand their needs, coordinate repairs, manage inventory, and troubleshoot where needed – while ensuring you maintain a safe, organised work environment in line with Defence regulations. About you Must have HR licence. Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and inspection tools. Strong communication and customer service skills. Respectful and inclusive approach to working with diverse communities. You take pride in delivering high-quality work safely and reliably. You follow established procedures, actively look out for your teammates, and understand that safety is a shared responsibility. Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance. As a result of this requirement the applicant must be an Australian Citizen and be willing to undertake and maintain a satisfactory Australian Federal Police.
