6 Month Contract – Government Department CBD Location – Hybrid Working Arrangement Management of user support and infrastructure services team Reporting into senior IT leadership, the Manager, Service Management & Infrastructure Services will oversee service management and infrastructure operations while leading a portfolio of high-impact projects across workplace technology, cloud/security, and service platforms What you’ll do Lead and manage the user support and infrastructure services team Oversee the rollout of upgraded Laptop devices Manage the team upgrading the Standard Operating Environment to Windows 11 Leading IT readiness for the an office relocation Driving uplift, cleanup, and implementation of an improved governance model What you’ll bring Strong experience as a Manager, End User Computing/Infrastructure Manager Proven experience leading and managing technical teams (3 staff) in a complex IT environment. Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Microsoft Azure, Group Policy, and end user computing tools. Strong experience managing IT Service Providers Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
