Workplace Compliance Officer Your new company An opportunity is available for an experienced Compliance Officer to join a large, complex organisation within the higher education sector. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with industrial frameworks, enterprise agreements and employment legislation, with a strong focus on pay-related outcomes and risk mitigation.Reporting to the Senior Manager, Compliance, you will provide technical advice, support compliance monitoring activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across industrial relations and compliance practices.
