About the Role We are seeking an experienced SAP Administrator to support warehouse operations through accurate system management, inventory control, and automation coordination. This is a hands-on suited to someone comfortable working with SAP systems while also supporting warehouse operations when required. Key Responsibilities Maintain and administer SAP data within a fast-paced distribution environment Release orders for automated warehouse systems Monitor and reconcile inventory transactions and system discrepancies Conduct inventory analysis and generate operational reports Support cycle counts and stocktakes through system validation Liaise with warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams Assist with picking and general warehouse duties as required for operational flexibility About You Proven SAP experience (essential) Previous warehouse or distribution centre experience Strong data analysis and reporting skills Advanced Excel skills High attention to detail and problem-solving ability Willingness to support hands-on warehouse tasks Strong communication and teamwork skills Full working rights in Australia and ability to pass a Police Check What's On Offer Stable Monday-Friday schedule (8:00am - 4:00pm) $34 per hour casual rate Supportive team environment Opportunity for permanent employment after 3 months Career growth within a global organisation Apply now if you're an SAP-savvy professional with strong warehouse and inventory experience looking for a long-term opportunity.
