Quality Assurance Manager – Sheridan Group We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality function across Sheridan Group, driving best practice, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction from design to delivery. About the Role Reporting to the Head of Quality , this role leads Sheridan Group’s approach to product and non-product quality, ensuring standards are consistently met across our supplier base, internal teams, and customer touchpoints. Responsibilities of the Role: Lead product risk assessment and quality approval processes across all categories Provide product quality, technical & compliance advice to teams Ensure all quality policies & manuals are up to date, in line with current legislation and brand values Strengthen QA systems and feedback loops between suppliers, DCs, and internal teams Manage and mentor the team, including Regional Quality Drive structured problem-solving, root cause analysis, and process improvement initiatives Build strong partnerships with global sourcing, design, and production teams Oversee supplier onboarding, audits, and compliance with legal and safety standards About You You’re an experienced QA professional who thrives on improving systems, processes, and outcomes. You combine strong technical knowledge with leadership and stakeholder management skills. You’ll bring: Tertiary qualifications in textiles or a related field 5 years’ experience in apparel, textiles, or homeware quality management Strong understanding of textiles, home wares, garment construction, and compliance testing Experience managing supplier QA teams across multiple regions Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills A proactive, continuous improvement mindset and project management capability Why Join Sheridan You’ll join a passionate and collaborative team that values quality, creativity, and innovation.
