In this role, you'll support the Reservation Specialist and Reservation & Customer Service Manager in leading the team, keeping daily operations running smoothly, and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service across phone, email and in-person channels. Our business operations 365 days a year, so you will need to be available to work on a roster which can include weekends, public holidays and on call. What you'll be Doing Supporting Reservation Consultants in their day-to-day tasks Delivering high-quality customer service across phone, email and walk-ins Assisting with rosters and office coverage Maintaining strong knowledge of SeaLink SEQ products and procedures Maintaining QuickTravel system setup and updates Training and mentoring new team members and vessel crew Supporting communication during service disruptions Assisting with charter bookings, invoicing and office duties About You Passionate about building a positive, high-performing team through coaching, feedback and recognition Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities Confident using Microsoft 365 and reservation systems (essential) Previous sales / customer service experience (essential) Knowledge of the local area (essential) Supervisory experience (preferred) Collaborative leadership style About Us SeaLink South East Queensland (SEQ) is the largest marine operator in Moreton Bay operating vehicle and passenger ferry services to Straddie, Southern Moreton Bay Islands and the Moggill Ferry.
