Optometrist - Part Time Parental Leave Position – 12mths Tamborine Mountain, QLD Tamborine Mountain Optometrists are seeking a part-time Optometrist to join their friendly, community-focused practice in the beautiful Tamborine Mountain hinterland. This role is offered as an initial 12-month contract, with the potential to become permanent for the right Optometrist. The position is three days per week, with flexibility around which days are worked. About the Role You will provide comprehensive eye examinations and personalised patient care, supported by modern diagnostic technology including: OCT Pachymetry Retinal photography Zeiss visual fields Testing times are 30-40 minutes, allowing you to focus on quality patient care. You’ll be supported by an experienced dispensing team who value collaborative care, creating a positive and professional working environment. About the Location Tamborine Mountain is a scenic hinterland township 40 minutes from the Gold Coast and around 60 minutes from Brisbane. Surrounded by rainforests, national parks, cafés and wineries, the area offers a relaxed lifestyle while remaining within easy reach of major centres.
