About the Role You will operate within complex enterprise IT environments, supporting critical healthcare systems where reliability matters. You'll work at the intersection of software and imaging technology, supporting installations, upgrades, and integration's across a diverse customer base-from private clinics to large hospital networks. You'll also collaborate closely with global teams, ensuring issues are resolved and insights from the field inform ongoing product improvements. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for remote support across Australia Troubleshoot installations, upgrades, connectivity issues, and system integration's Manage remote configuration and deployment of client-server software, including new site setups and upgrades Work across hardware-software boundaries, particularly between imaging devices and application layers Log, prioritise, and track support requests, maintaining accurate documentation and knowledge base updates Escalate complex issues to international support teams and provide clear, structured context Engage with a wide range of stakeholders-from clinicians to enterprise IT teams Provide feedback from the field to support product and process improvement About You You're adaptable, technically capable, and comfortable working across different environments and stakeholders. You enjoy solving complex problems and don't rely on a single playbook.
