We are looking for professional and high-performing security officers. The security team in these locations plays an important role in ensuring that the client's data integrity is always maintained. As the first point of contact for visitors and contractors entering the facility, the Security team at these locations needs to leave a lasting impression of exceptional customer service. For the casual role, there may be day / night shifts depending on operational requirements 0600-1800/1800-0600 The Security Officer will be responsible for the following duties: Conduct security screening of all personnel entering and exiting a restricted area Monitor facility alarms and security system Class 5 alarms, Security portal resets, Duress alarms Investigating and responding to alarms, first responders to the incident and emergency management including First Aid Management of keys/cards, Access Control System and Visitor Management Systems Identify prohibited items and prevent them from being introduced to or removed from a restricted area Provide complete and accurate shift reports and task handover to Customer Service & Security Supervisor Physical (on foot) and Virtual (on CCTV) patrols of assigned areas and report hazards and incidents Benefits And Perks Access to the Securitas Rewards Program, offering exclusive benefits and discounts.
